Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund for all purchases made on our website.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days from receiving the pr-oduct. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging. You will be resp-onsible for the cost of postage as well as any fees incurred in respect of duties, cus-toms fees and taxes (if applicable). We are not able to refund your shipping cost and any costs incurred by Mor London in relation to the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend that you use a signed for/ trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
